Senior Executive - Risk Management (Credit Decision Science)

• Drive the end-to-end development and effective implementation of AI-driven consumer portfolio credit models so that the estimation of risk/return of the respective consumer portfolio are optimized.
• Conduct regular data collection, in-depth analysis/monitoring or performance assessment of credit risk models (including score overrides), identifying areas for improvement, potential risks and recommending updates/recalibration or redevelopment as needed.
• Support data collection and analysis to ensure high-quality inputs for model development.
• Collaborate with team members to document model methodologies, assumptions, and validation results, ensuring compliance with both internal and regulatory standards.
• Participate in preparing reports and presentations for senior management to influence strategic decisions and regulators.

Job Requirement:

• Malaysian citizen.
• Bachelor's Degree holder in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or Statistics.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in banking industry in the area of credit risk governance and track record of managing complex projects.
