Low Code Data Engineer Job

Who we are

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience with DBT, low-code and forward engineering, as well as data vault methodologies. This role will involve working closely with various departments to ensure the efficient and effective management of our data infrastructure.

What you'll be doing

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using DBT and other low-code tools
• Implement forward engineering practices to ensure data integrity and consistency
• Utilize data vault methodologies to model and manage data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions
• Optimize and troubleshoot data workflows to ensure high performance and reliability
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of data processes and systems

What you'll bring along

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role
• Proficiency with DBT (Data Build Tool) and low-code development platforms
• Strong understanding of forward engineering principles
• Experience with data vault modeling and methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, specifically Azure is preferred 
• Familiarity with SQL and other database management systems is preferred 
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices is preferred
