We are seeking a Product Director to lead the strategy, development, and execution of our Reporting, Analytics, and AI Platform. This role will be responsible for defining the product vision, driving innovation, and delivering scalable, high-impact solutions that empower business intelligence, AI-driven insights, and data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise data platforms, analytics, and AI, with a proven track record of building and scaling reporting and analytics products. They will work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, design, and business teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and company strategy

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Vision: Define and execute the roadmap for the Reporting, Analytics & AI Platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
• Platform Development: Drive the evolution of scalable reporting, analytics, and AI capabilities, balancing standardization with flexibility.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Partner with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to identify and prioritize features that enhance usability, adoption, and impact.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, and business teams to deliver innovative solutions that support reporting, advanced analytics, and AI-driven insights.
• Customization & Governance: Establish strong customization governance to balance configurable solutions with cost-effective scalability.
• AI & Advanced Analytics: Lead the integration of AI/ML capabilities to enhance reporting automation, predictive analytics, and business intelligence.
• Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
• Metrics & Performance Tracking: Define key success metrics, monitor adoption, and continuously optimize platform performance

What You’ll Need

• 5+ years in analytics, reporting, and AI-driven platforms.
• Strong knowledge of data platforms, BI tools, AI/ML applications, and enterprise reporting solutions (AWS specific technologies is a plus).
• Experience driving data governance, self-service analytics, and AI-powered insights at scale.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in fast-paced, agile environments.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data concepts into business value
• Proven track record of successfully managing products through their entire lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct both quantitative as well as qualitative discovery (e.g., analyze usage trends and speak with clients in a self-service fashion, respectively, to uncover valuable insights).
• Proven track record of managing and achieving metrics/KPIs to drive improved outcomes.

Salary Pay Range

Minimum :

162,500.00

Maximum :

176,800.00
