Job Summary

The Digital Attribution and Analytics team is part of the Advanced Advertising team in the broader Media organization. The team focuses on evolving media measurement, analytics and insights to improve media performance and support strategic business priorities. The Sr. Analyst will lead digital media demand and last touch analytics across our Residential and Comcast Business portfolios for all digital and social paid media channels. This role will help to evaluate and drive media efficiency and effectiveness with impactful analysis, reporting, and adopting new technologies.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

  • Create digital media analytics and reporting dashboards across Paid Search, Programmatic, and Social across LOBs leveraging products from partners like Adobe and Google.
  • Support executive leaders and in-housing team on traffic and site analytics for Resi and CB to support media growth.
  • Work with business leaders and stakeholders to understand data and analysis needs and develop technical requirements.
  • Determine relevancy of data and identify alternative data sources as needed to ensure analytics requested by business stakeholders can be completed.
  • Analyze the results of campaigns, offers, or initiatives to measure their effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Communicate findings clearly and concisely through narrative-driven presentations and effective data visualizations to company executives and decision-makers.
  • Provide oversight on media tracking in Adobe Analytics, Google Cloud Platform and Datorama.
  • Build impactful and insightful visualizations to support media narrative with various visualization tools (Excel, Looker, Tableau, Datorama, GCP, Adobe).
  • Enable Digital and Social Media channel reporting automation.
  • Enhance data pipelines for media reporting and work in partnership with EBI to build, manage and evolve media data integrations.
  • Maintain Datorama integration to support ongoing reporting.
  • Support development of privacy forward measurement solutions to support innovation and media priorities and partner with Martech on key futureproofing workstreams, such as Conversions API, Enhanced Conversions, offline sales integrations
  • Promote and evangelize a culture of excellence, data-driven discussions, healthy skepticism, intellectual curiosity, knowledge sharing, and teamwork.

Skills:

  • Expert knowledge using site analytics tools, like Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics to create dashboards and dive deeper to identify trends and anomalies. Experience with HTML, digital tagging, and data collection is a plus.
  • Proficiency in various statistical analyses and methodologies, including but not limited to regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and predictive modeling. Experience in digital media is a plus.
  • Experience with visualization tools and software like Excel, Looker, Tableau, Datorama to create interactive dashboards, generate insightful visualizations, and effectively synthesize complex data, integrating data from multiple sources.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to perform thorough accuracy checks to ensure data integrity and reliability, and tailor the output to different audiences.
  • Experienced in programming languages and tools such as Python, R, SQL, and JavaScript to manipulate and transform data for complex analysis and quality assurance (QA) and manage data on multiple platforms.
  • Strong ability to translate business questions into relevant analysis frameworks, identify proper methodologies, and define data and technical requirements.
  • Strong ability to communicate findings clearly and concisely through narrative-driven presentations and effective data visualizations to executives and decision-makers.
  • Experience with report automation, data pipeline enhancement, and cloud technology is a plus.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in quantitative fields such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline. Advanced degrees are preferred and can be an advantage.
  • 2-4 years of experience in relevant roles.
