We have fantastic opportunity for a Pricing Manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced person who is looking to drive projects forward, lead hard-working individuals and build strong relationships with Underwriters, Finance, Reserving, Data Engineering and Exposure Management!

A bit about the job:

You will join our Global, Corporate & Speciality (GCS) Pricing Team and will report into a Senior Pricing Manager, having the chance to be actively involved in a wide range of responsibilities such as:

• Leading high-achieving analysts and/or senior analysts within the team
• Carrying out London market case pricing, rate reviews and performance deep dives
• Developing and implementing machine learning based models to support business needs
• Being the pricing lead on various cross functional projects

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Experience of London Market large account case pricing.
• Developed and implemented rating tools with experience carrying out rate reviews.
• Experience of monitoring business performance and KPIs and carrying out deep dives on portfolios.
• Has worked closely with Underwriters and other stakeholders such as Finance and Claims.
• Strong coding skills in R or Python
