What you'll do...

Position Summary

In this role, you will drive the development and implementation of tools to improve and enhance the associate experience. Your goal will be to make it easier and more convenient for our users to navigate and access the information they need daily. Your responsibilities will include building strong relationships with drivers and utilizing strong communication skills and data-driven decision-making. Your proven experience in content management software, data-driven decision-making, and understanding of data architecture will be crucial in building a sustainable and flexible knowledge platform across our chain of stores.

About the Team/Department

Our team is dedicated to providing the information our store associates need to perform their work effectively, whenever and wherever they need it. We are on a journey to enhance the associate experience by building a knowledge platform that delivers clear and consistent process documentation, enabling consumption through multiple channels. A key component of this platform is the feedback channel, which ensures we deliver a complete and satisfactory user experience.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee the development and implementation of programs aimed at delivering features to build a robust knowledge platform for process documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address how knowledge data is provided to our store associates.
  • Utilize data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and measure the impact of initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to the publishing and store consumption of process documentation across channels.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in content management systems, preferably Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of data architecture.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations , or related field and 3 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area. 1 year’s supervisory experience.
