The Machine Learning Engineer will play a key role in driving AI initiatives by collaborating with data scientists and business stakeholders to identify and implement AI use cases. This role involves designing and developing machine learning models, selecting appropriate AI technologies, and ensuring seamless integration with existing data and analytics tools. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AI architecture, model training, cloud and on-premises deployment, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure ethical and secure AI implementation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI use cases and translate business objectives into technical solutions.

• Develop and implement machine learning and deep learning models to enhance digital transformation efforts.

• Oversee data collection, preprocessing, and feature engineering for high-quality AI model inputs.

• Train, fine-tune, and evaluate models using large datasets and appropriate performance metrics.

• Architect AI infrastructure, selecting the best tools and frameworks for scalability and efficiency.

• Build rapid prototypes and proof of concepts (POCs) to validate AI solutions.

• Lead deployment and integration of AI solutions into production environments.

• Work with security and risk teams to mitigate threats such as model theft and adversarial attacks.

• Stay updated on AI regulations and best practices, ensuring ethical AI implementation.

• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to AI teams.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, AI Engineer, Data Engineer, or AI Architect.

• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++, with expertise in AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.

• Deep understanding of machine learning techniques, algorithms, and model evaluation.

• Familiarity with big data technologies, cloud platforms, and distributed computing.

• Effective communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience leading AI projects, mentoring teams, and driving innovation.
