Job Description

We are urgently seeking an experienced Data Quality Tester to support the testing and validation of Data Quality (DQ) rules implemented on SAP master data within the Supply Chain domain. The role involves ensuring data accuracy and reliability for key SAP data sets, including Material Master, Purchase Info Record, Source Lists, and materials planning data. Additionally, testing will extend to data from the OMP planning system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Testing DQ Rules: Validate Data Quality rules for SAP Material Master, Purchase Info Record, Source Lists, and materials planning data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Data Validation: Conduct thorough data validation and filter testing to confirm that the DQ rules accurately detect and address data quality issues in SAP systems and planning processes.
• Issue Identification & Resolution: Detect, document, and report data discrepancies, collaborating with the Data Quality team for issue resolution.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed test documentation, including processes, findings, and identified issues, ensuring transparency and traceability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, Informatica IDMC and PowerBI development teams to ensure proper DQ rule integration and result visualization.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure all testing activities comply with company data quality standards and best practices.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Expertise in SAP data sets, particularly Material Master, Purchase Info Record, Source Lists, and materials planning data.
• Experience in data testing and validation within SAP environments.
• Familiarity with Informatica IDMC platform for Data Quality rule testing.
• Strong ability to analyze and interpret data quality issues and communicate findings effectively.
• Experience with PowerBI for data visualization and reporting.
• Immediate availability 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of SAP master data management and production planning modules.
• Prior experience in data quality testing and validation within cross-functional teams.
