Opportunity

Twin Health is expanding rapidly and we are seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Data Analyst to join us and help support our billing operations team. In this role, you will provide critical support for our day to day billing operations including but not limited to: data reporting and analysis, billing integrity audits and dashboard and metrics developments. Your day to day objective is to facilitate data reporting requirements to enable data-driven decisions and in order for a timely and accurate billing activities. Your experience in revenue cycle claims management will be utilized heavily in ensuring payer accounts are in good standing while minimizing claims issues. You will also be customer service oriented in collaborating with our internal partner success teams in supporting our customers billing related needs and requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze large, complex datasets from various health information sources (e.g., claims, contracts, and operational data) to generate actionable insights
  • Perform billing and claims payment integrity audits and identify trends
  • Reconcile customer accounts, payment applications, accounting (NetSuite) and billing (Candid) systems 
  • Develop, validate and maintain accuracy of standard operating reports 
  • Generate ad-hoc analysis to address specific business needs
  • Identify opportunities within processes to standardize and automate data collection and analysis
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to design and implement analytics solutions that address critical business needs
  • Communicate complex findings in a clear and actionable way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Research customer inquiries and facilitate reporting requests

Qualifications 

  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar roles, preferably in healthcare
  • Knowledge of eligibility, CPT, HCPCS and ICD-10 medical coding
  • Proficiency in interpreting and reconciling Explanation of Benefits (EOB)
  • Experience with NetSuite, Tableau, and Revenue Cycle platforms 
  • Technical computer proficiency (Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills for presenting insights and collaborating across teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working at a healthcare startup is a plus
  • Background in SQL for querying and managing large datasets is a plus
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools
  • Background in data science, computer science, statistics, health information is a plus

Compensation and Benefits  

The compensation range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 annually.
