Job Summary:
We have a number of Staff Analyst positions open across a range of focus areas, including; EMEA Sales Strategy & Operations and Global Insights & Analytics.
In these roles you will be combining deep data insights with business expertise to deliver comprehensive solutions that tackle critical challenges and enhance both operational efficiency and strategic outcomes. Some of our analyst roles are more specialised. Our recruitment team will help match your experience to these roles and determine the best fit.
About the team:
Revenue Operations partners with GTM leadership to drive daily business and achieve long-term strategic priorities. We use a data-driven approach to solve complex issues and drive business planning from strategy to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the go-to expert for the business, playing a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making
- Participate in and develop the analyst community, fostering a high-performing, insights-driven culture
- Be hands-on, delivering critical insights that shape strategic decisions and ensure data is at the core of our operations
- Partner with leadership to drive business strategy, planning, goal-setting, and performance tracking
- Scope and lead high-impact projects and execute on mission-critical strategic initiatives

Qualifications:
- A minimum number of 6 years experience in a sales strategy role or equivalent level position
- Demonstrated expertise in analytical or modeling techniques using tools like Looker, Hex, or Google Suite.
- Strong aptitude for defining key metrics and conducting analyses to derive actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of presenting to revenue-driven executives.
- Strong capability to identify personal and professional growth opportunities and willingness to expand beyond baseline responsibilities.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Google Apps, Salesforce.com, and HubSpot CRM.
- Proven SQL knowledge and experience. Python or R is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous working environment.
