Role Responsibilities: 

• Ensure Data Accuracy & Streamline Processes: Maintain high data quality across CRM, Oracle, and eCommerce systems, overseeing smooth data entry, validation, and synchronization to keep operations running efficiently.
• Facilitate System Integration: Ensure seamless data exchange and alignment between CRM, Oracle, and eCommerce platforms to reduce errors and improve workflows.
• Collaborate for Continuous Improvement: Work closely with Sales, IT, and other teams to optimize processes and drive data solutions across the business.
• Report, Train, & Support: Generate key insights, provide training, and troubleshoot data issues to empower teams and support smarter business decisions.

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Experience in a customer/sales environment with knowledge of CRM/ERP solutions.
• Proficient in English, with strong communication skills across global teams.
• Analytical with Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and a creative problem-solver.

Bonus points if you have: 

• A first experience with an e-commerce platform
• Any additional language skills
