Serve as an expert consultant that supports development of appropriate measurables and data storytelling to showcase product success, owned by development teams and approved by stakeholders. Lead conversations around metrics and best practices. Contribute to stakeholder-facing reports and other deliverables that require detailed data analysis or bespoke reporting.
Facilitate conversations with Crowe experts to align with best practices for storing monitoring data and logs; drive alignment with and support documentation of firm best practices.
Align with AI Studio Program Lead to define portfolio-wide scope of work and quarterly prioritized projects; partner with Applied AI and Machine Learning Director and Machine Learning DevOps leadership for quarterly strategic priorities; interface regularly with AI Enablement team to ground efforts in Crowe AI strategy and ensure visibility to firmwide usage analytics reporting.
Expect this role to entail roughly 30% of your time focusing on strategy, planning, and development/distribution of best practices; 70% of time spent embedded to help teams build out reports and/or serving as expert consultant.
