We are seeking a highly motivated AI Transformation Intern to support the AI Transformation Team in driving workflow innovation across Edelman’s business units and account teams. This role will focus on assessing current processes, designing AI-driven solutions, and tracking progress on key transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Participate in workflow audits to assess existing processes and identify transformation opportunities.
  • Provide tactical support in developing action plans to optimize workflows across teams.
  • Assist in building light custom GPT solutions aimed at improving operational efficiency and automation.
  • Track and document transformation initiatives led by global business groups, ensuring progress and alignment.
  • Support the creation of resources and frameworks that help teams implement workflow improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture best practices and drive AI adoption in business operations.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Strong interest in AI, process optimization, and business transformation.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess workflows and propose improvements.
  • Basic experience with AI tools and a willingness to learn prompt engineering or GPT development.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Previous experience in operations, consulting, or process improvement a plus.

Additional Information:

  • Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis and set to close on Friday, April 11th 2025
  • In order to be considered, you must be a rising senior having completed your junior year by the summer of 2025, a graduating senior, or a graduate school student
  • Interns are paid $21/ hour and are expected to work a full-time schedule (40 hours/ week)
  • The internship is a 10-week program beginning on Monday, June 9, 2025 and ending on Friday, August 15, 2025
  • The internship program will be hybrid—approximately 3 days/week in office
  • Edelman does not provide any form of housing reimbursement
  • Only students who are authorized to work in the United States will be considered
  • Failure to submit a complete application will result in ineligibility
