Our Mission & Vision

To date, Grover has circulated over 1.2 million devices, employs over 400 people, and stands as one of the fastest-growing scale-ups in Europe. We hit Unicorn status in 2022, and are scaling internationally! 

We're proud to champion a more sustainable way to use tech. With an average of 3-4 rental cycles per device depending on the category, we estimate that the rental of our portfolio from 2015-2021 resulted in 160,000 fewer e-waste products and about 250 tons of e-waste. 

We are looking for an ambitious Native German-speaking SEO Working Student (20 hours per week) for our Growth Marketing Team hybridly in Berlin.

If you're passionate about search engine optimization (SEO), content writing, and digital marketing, this is your chance to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills by working on real-world projects!

🎯 What you will contribute:

• Support in researching, writing, and optimizing content for blogs, landing pages, and other digital platforms
• Updating & uploading on-page content via our CMS system (Contentful)
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve search rankings
• Assist in analyzing and improving on-page and off-page SEO performance
• Help with content audits and competitor analysis
• Support link-building activities and outreach campaigns
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with SEO and brand strategy
• Stay up to date with the latest SEO and content marketing trends

🤝What you bring:

• Enrolled student in Marketing, Communication, Business, Media Studies, or a related field
• Strong writing and editing skills with a passion for creating engaging, SEO-friendly content. First touchpoints with generative AI tools & tested prompts
• Basic understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar is a plus
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills in German (Native level) & English
