Job Description
Employees are the backbone of any successful company, and their experience, engagement, productivity, and satisfaction are crucial to achieving business objectives and driving innovation. Sandisk is seeking an energetic Sr. IT Employee Experience Product Lead, who will create, build, and deliver digital solutions that will take the employee experience to its next level. These solutions could affect how people work together, how they find information using GenAI, how they communicate, and how they get services. You will lead a new and exciting global initiative within the IT Workspace technology group to transform the employee experience at Sandisk. This requires collaborating with stakeholders throughout the enterprise to find opportunities and create strategies and roadmaps to improve employee experience, engagement, and productivity with technologies. To achieve the desired business outcomes, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating efforts throughout the organization to implement the defined strategy and roadmap.
- Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products
- Guide the vision, strategy and execution of AI driven Agentic products
- Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement the product roadmap
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and positioning
- Build the product roadmap, define requirements and prioritize features based on user feedback and business objectives
- Find opportunities to leverage new technologies, like LLMs, to build innovative workflows that solve real problems for the design community
- Drive product development with a team of engineers and designers
- Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
- Identify and initiate opportunities for new projects or focus areas and builds teams necessary to execute
Qualifications
- Technology savvy and innovative mind set, strong passion for technology, a keen sense of design, and a relentless focus on employee experience.
- 10+ years of consistently driving technology innovation to improve employee experience in large global organizations.
- 5+ years of leading IT technology teams focused on improving employee experience.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office 365, end point architecture, corporate Information systems and technologies.
- Knowledage and experience of innovative trends and technologies including GenAI, Agentic AI, LLM, Bots, etc.
- Good experience with collaboration and productive tools.
- Effective communicator. Able to champion ideas to leadership and influence others.
- Effective at managing programs and projects and knowledgeable about agile methods
- Good familiarity with the functions and potential of ServiceNow, MS365, WorkDay and other.
- Able to work effectively with global teams in different time zones.
- Flexible. Can quickly adjust to different organizational demands.

Compensation & Benefits Details
- An employee’s pay position within the salary range may be based on several factors including but not limited to (1) relevant education; qualifications; certifications; and experience; (2) skills, ability, knowledge of the job; (3) performance, contribution and results; (4) geographic location; (5) shift; (6) internal and external equity; and (7) business and organizational needs.
- The salary range is what we believe to be the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California, Colorado, New York or remote jobs that can be performed in California, Colorado and New York. This range may be modified in the future.
- You will be eligible to participate in Sandisk's Short-Term Incentive (STI) Plan, which provides incentive awards based on Company and individual performance. Depending on your role and your performance, you may be eligible to participate in our annual Long-Term Incentive (LTI) program, which consists of restricted stock units (RSUs) or cash equivalents, pursuant to the terms of the LTI plan. Please note that not all roles are eligible to participate in the LTI program, and not all roles are eligible for equity under the LTI plan. RSU awards are also available to eligible new hires, subject to Sandisk's Standard Terms and Conditions for Restricted Stock Unit Awards.
