Ops Analytics Team Leader

What you’ll be spending your time on:

• Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, providing guidance, support, and professional development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, Product, Tech, and Program Managers to define data strategies and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Design and implement scalable data models, dashboards, and reports that provide actionable insights.
• Drive data-driven decision-making by analyzing trends, identifying opportunities, and proactively addressing challenges.
• Establish and track key operational KPIs, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure timely delivery of insights to support business objectives.
• Advocate for best practices in data analysis, visualization, and data storytelling across the department.
• Continuously improve processes, tools, and methodologies to optimize efficiency and impact.

Have you done this kind of stuff?

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or another quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst Team Leader.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data insights into strategic actions. 
• Strong experience with SQL and ability to optimize queries for performance.
• Experience building dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.
• Proficiency in Python (especially Pandas) for data analysis – advantage!

• Experience working in an international environment – fluent English required.
• Experience with data modeling, BI/ETL development.
• Experience working with operational KPI Metrics.
• Experience in Financial Services or FinTech companies
