Clearance:                 Active Secret (Top Secret/SCI Preferred, SAP eligibility a plus)

Education:                 Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:               3-10+ years of experience in a DoD, IC, or defense contractor environment.

 

OVERVIEW

Caribou Thunder is seeking a highly skilled Intelligence Engineers at both Journeyman and Senior levels to provide advisory and assistance services supporting Space Systems Command (SSC) in Space Domain Awareness and Combat Power (SDACP) and Battle Management, Command, Control, and Communications (BMC3).

 

REQUIREMENTS

The Intelligence Engineer will support classified and unclassified space acquisition programs, working alongside government and industry partners to develop, integrate, test, deploy, and sustain mission-critical intelligence systems.

1.    Develop intelligence requirements, translate them into technical needs, and provide recommendations for mission-related activities.

2.    Analyze, evaluate, interpret, and disseminate intelligence on political, economic, social, geographic, scientific, or military conditions affecting national security.

3.    Identify vulnerabilities and deficiencies using intelligence products and support technical requirements development.

4.    Support intelligence threat assessments, working groups, and intelligence community engagements.

5.    Provide analysis of operational intelligence data to support Space Force defensive and offensive space control missions.

6.    Support integration of intelligence into space system acquisition and sustainment efforts.

7.    Assist in cyber and digital intelligence assessments related to space-based systems.

8.    Coordinate intelligence-related security requirements with government and mission partners.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

1.    Experience working with intelligence data collection, interpretation, and analysis.

2.    Familiarity with intelligence community standards and DoD acquisition processes.

3.    Strong written and verbal communication skills for briefing senior leadership.

4.    Experience with Space Domain Awareness (SDA) and Defensive/Offensive Space Control (DSC/OSC) missions preferred.

5.    Prior experience supporting Space Systems Command (SSC) or other military intelligence organizations preferred.

6.    Knowledge of modeling, simulation, and analysis tools for intelligence applications preferred.

7.    Experience with acquisition lifecycle processes, including requirements development and risk management preferred.

8.    Strong collaboration skills to work across government, contractors, and intelligence agencies preferred.


SENIOR QUALIFICATIONS

9.    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field.

10. 10+ years of experience in intelligence analysis, space systems, or military operations.

11. Expertise in integrating intelligence into acquisition and operations, with experience in classified environments.

12. Strong understanding of space situational awareness, threat analysis, and space control.

13. Experience providing direct intelligence support to DoD or IC missions.

14. Knowledge of cybersecurity threats and their impact on space-based platforms.

15. Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
