AI Automation Engineer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced AI Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining AI-driven automations and agents that enhance our business processes. 

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate these automations and agents seamlessly into our existing systems, ensuring they align with our strategic goals. You will be building workflows and automations using tools like n8n, LLMs and a range of applications used by us. 

What you’ll do:

• Research & Scoping: Collaborate with stakeholders in various teams and departments to scope out potential use cases for automating processes and tasks.
  

• n8n Workflow Development: Build custom workflows and write custom code if needed to set up the automation using n8n that will work with our applications.
  

• AI Agent Development: Design and implement autonomous AI agents aimed at optimization using custom prompting and agentic workflows.
  

• App & API Integrations: Integrate with existing applications and build custom integrations if needed to facilitate the automation workflows where needed. 
  

• Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct tests and validation to ensure AI agents function as intended, and assist in troubleshooting any issues that arise.​
  

• Continuous Optimization: Analyze the outcomes of the automations and continuously find areas of improvement and implement optimizations where possible.
  

• Write Documentation: Maintain clear and detailed documentation of automation processes and AI agent functionalities.​
  

• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to contribute to continuous innovation within the department.
  

Requirements

What do you need:

• Experience: 1-2 years experience in software development or similar roles. Must have demonstrable experience with building automations.
  

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  

• Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of programming languages such as Python, Javascript as well as hands on experience with n8n and API integrations.
  

• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.​
  

• Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.​
  

• Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, innovative environment.​
