About You

You will lead a team of Specialists engineers in Backend, Frontend, and Machine Learning.

You’ll be collaborating directly with the AI Department of a multinational company in the Customer Experience industry. We partner with companies such as Axa, Foundever and Apple. 

About your day-to-day

• Contribute to the development of AI products in the Customer Experience (CX) field. 

• You will work closely with Machine Learning Engineers, Product Managers, and backends Developers to design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems.

• Ensuring performance, reliability, and seamless integration of backend services with machine learning models and user-facing applications

• You will be building cloud-native software using your knowledge of state-of-the-art AI technologies like Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)

Requirements

• 7+ years of Software Development experience, at least 2 years leading a team.

• Experience leading technical projects and mentoring team members.

• Strong communication skills in English.

• Experience with modern CI/CD practices and tools (e.g., GitLab CI, ArgoCD).

• Highly experienced with AWS infrastructure

• Proven ability to write reliable, maintainable, and well-tested code, with a focus on automation and quality assurance.

• Proficient with Python and knowledgeable with frontend languages and frameworks like Typescript and React

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

• You possess a strong understanding of software design, encompassing SOLID principles, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and Event-Driven Architecture (EDA). 

• Additionally, you are versed in the fundamental principles of security, logging, monitoring, and providing support for projects in a production environment.
