Job Description

Join us as a Finance Analytics & Insights Partner, where you'll bridge data science and business analytics to drive strategic decision-making. Core Responsibilities

As Finance Analytics & Insights Partner (Senior Manager), you will use both data science and business analytics to address complex challenges and deliver actionable insights to support key financial decisions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving Analytics Integration and Facilitating Partnerships: Act as a key liaison between data science teams and business partners to foster collaboration, drive innovation, and deliver insights that support strategic objectives.

  • Using Advanced Analytics Models for Strategic Decision-Making: Collaborate with data scientists to use their models, applying them to address business needs. Use these models and statistical analysis to interpret data, provide insights, and inform strategic decisions, enhancing decision support.

  • Key Player in Developing Advanced Analytics Function: Take an active role in expanding the use of predictive analytics and machine learning, driving innovation to uncover actionable insights on P&L drivers and critical initiatives. Contribute to optimizing model performance and demonstrating early successes.

  • Building Analytics and Insights Capabilities: Collaborate across the organization to enhance analytics capabilities, ensuring teams are equipped to use advanced technologies effectively.

  • Project Management: Lead the execution of analytics projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering measurable value.

You will join the Corporate Finance, Systems, Analytics, and Insights team, responsible for the accuracy and quality of all data across the Finance organization, while driving our agenda to be more digital and data-driven. We are committed to using data and AI to bring value for the finance organization. This is a highly visible role within the team and central to driving our transformation to becoming data-driven and elevating our decisions with advanced analytics across the finance organization.

Do you have what it takes?

We are seeking a versatile and motivated Finance Analytics & Insights Partner with a solid background in both data science and business analytics. The ideal candidate will have a few years of experience in finance roles, including data science, analytics, and FP&A, with a proven track record of delivering value.

  • Proficiency in SQL and Databricks, programming languages such as Python, experience with data manipulation libraries, and familiarity with data visualization tools.

  • Good understanding of business priorities and the ability to align analytics initiatives with these goals to deliver value.

  • Exceptional ability to build partnerships across teams and communicate complex topics clearly to diverse audiences. Proficient in project management, ensuring successful execution of analytics projects.

  • Experience in developing data solutions and analytics capabilities, focusing on enabling self-serve data access and improving actionability of reporting insights.

Nice to Have:

Advanced Analytics Experience: Familiarity with using predictive analytics, Generative AI, and Machine Learning to drive value.
