Description

Project description: Capture and management of mobility data related to public transport in Catalonia.

Tasks to be performed:

• Software development with React Native and a MySQL database system.

• Performing validation of user interfaces with UIX.

• Refining the user data collection model.

• Review of the structured vs. unstructured DB model.

• Integration of a visual interface, based on google maps or similar in the final application.

Group and complement: Group 3 + Level u

Dedication and working hours: Full time (35h/week).

Planned remuneration approx: 28.676,14 € gross per year

Line of research: Line of research of the Research Group NETS.

Qualifications

Requirements: 

• High school-FP2.

The expected start date is April 21st 2025, the job is in Barcelona.

Selection criteria: The selection of the candidates will be made through evaluation of the curriculum and, where appropriate, with the carrying out a test and/or interview. Valuation will be as follows:

1- Academic Training (0-40 points).

• A background in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Data Science or similar is an asset.

2- Other professional training and experience, adequacy to the proposed profile (0-40 points):

• Experience in software development positions in research or innovation projects.

3- Other merits (0-20 points):

• Entrepreneurial capacity, initiative and autonomy.

The minimum score to pass the selection process is 75 points. The candidate with the highest score in the selection process will be offered the job.
