The logistic analytic team builds analytics solutions and generates insights for the Logistic teams. They are responsible for (1) developing and implementing business reporting, (2) defining and implementing key performance indicators, (3) carrying out complex analysis and generating insights to support key business decisions. In this role you will play an instrumental part in C&A’s whole logistic process and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Your responsibilities

· Design and implement business reporting / dashboard for the Logistic teams to support business strategy and day-to-day operations.

· Provide day-to-day operation-level data & analysis support to operation team across Logistic organization (CCDCC, DC, SEAS, Transportation) so as to improve operational efficiency in terms of lead time, forecast, capacity, cost and etc.

· Carry out complex analysis to support business decisions (e.g. Network design, DC locations, etc.;)

· Collaborate with Data Warehouse team (DaWaCa) to create robust and scalable data infrastructure to retrieve and analyze data. Provide one single source of truth for Logistic data.

· Define, recommend, and implement new key performance indicators (e.g. forecast accuracy)

· Scope and create user friendly and actionable dashboards to provide visibility and insight.

· Collaborate with IT on Data Strategy Project.

· Develop an in-depth understanding of complex logistics data and processes.

What you bring

· Bachelor’s degree in business intelligence, data analytics, statistics, engineering, Computer Science or other relevant fields.

· 10+ years relevant work experience with 5+ years in SQL programming.

· Experience programming to extract, transform and clean large (multi-TB) data sets.

· Experience in Statistical Analysis packages such as R, SAS, or Matlab.

· Experience in scripting for automation (e.g. Python) and advanced SQL skills.

· Experience with data visualization using PowerBI, MicroStrategy, or similar tools.

· Experience working directly with business stakeholders to translate between data and business needs.
