JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

We are seeking a highly motivated AI Research Assistant to join our team in developing cutting-edge AI solutions for the education sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Machine Learning, Statistics, and Large Language Models (LLMs) and should be comfortable reviewing multiple research papers to design innovative AI-driven solutions. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, research capability, and problem-solving skills to contribute effectively to our AI-driven education initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on AI applications in education, focusing on Machine Learning and LLMs.
  • Read and analyze research papers to design novel AI solutions.
  • Develop and fine-tune LLMs to enhance AI-driven educational tools.
  • Implement machine learning algorithms and statistical models for data-driven solutions.
  • Write and contribute to research papers documenting findings and innovations.
  • Develop, test, and optimize AI models using Python and relevant libraries.
  • Collaborate with team members to integrate AI technologies into real-world applications.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Statistics, and AI algorithms.
  • Proficiency in working with Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Experience in reading and summarizing academic research papers.
  • Ability to design and propose new AI-based solutions for education.
  • Excellent programming skills in Python.
  • Prior experience in research paper writing is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Position Details:

  • Pay Rate: $20/hour
  • Hours per Week: 20 Hours
  • Anticipated Start Date: April 1st
  • Anticipated End Date: July 31st
