WHY THIS ROLE IS VALUABLE Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented AVP, Data Governance Manager to join our Global Data Governance team. You'll be instrumental in developing and implementing frameworks that ensure our data is accurate, secure, and compliant. This role demands a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills who can collaborate effectively across departments. You'll forge relationships across Revantage, Blackstone, and portfolio companies, requiring a balance of sharp business judgment, problem-solving, technical expertise, clear communication, strong interpersonal skills and innovative solutions to drive data governance excellence across the organization HOW YOU ADD VALUE Business Collaboration and Data Governance Execution o Partner with business functions to drive the adoption and execution of data governance artifacts and standards, ensuring alignment with established data policies and frameworks. o Collaborate with stakeholders across various business lines to understand their data needs and challenges, fostering a culture of data stewardship and accountability. Metadata Management o Support the data governance office’s administration and maintenance of the enterprise data catalog, ensuring its continuous evolution and adoption of curated data assets and products. o Drive efforts to enhance the data catalog's content, curation and usability, making it a valuable resource for data discovery and understanding across the organization. Data Quality Management o Establish and implement robust data quality practices across high impact use cases within different business lines. o Define and enforce data quality standards, ensuring data integrity, completeness, and accuracy through proactive monitoring and remediation. o Enhance data quality process automation, governance, and reporting Additional Responsibilities o KPI Monitoring and Reporting: Establish a framework of metrics and dashboards to monitor the effectiveness of data governance programs, delivering regular insights and recommendations to stakeholders. o Cultivate Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strong alliances with business units, IT, and external partners, promoting a collaborative approach to data governance and ensuring its alignment with strategic objectives o Subject Matter Expertise: Function as the go-to authority on data governance, providing expert guidance, best practices, resolving escalated issues, and driving the continuous improvement of data governance practices. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE o Bachelor's degree or equivalent education required, preferably in engineering, information technology, computer science, data analytics, or any closely related field o 8+ years’ experience in data governance, data management, or data & analytics. o Possess exceptional analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities o Practical experience in implementing company wide data governance framework and delivering data capabilities, with strong communication, presentation and influencing skills. o Advanced skills in working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Technical o Experience using Data Governance Platforms such as Atlan, Alation, Purview, or Collibra o Experience using Data Quality tools such as Ataccama, Talend, Informatica, etc. o Experience developing and BI Tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Sigma o Strong SQL and Relational Database knowledge and experience is required; experience using tools such as Snowflake, Databricks, or DBT is desired Preferred o Working within Real Estate or Asset Management verticals a plus o Demonstrated experience in scaling up data governance across large organizations o Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where superior time-management and prioritization skills are essential.

Base Compensation Range:

$122,000.00 To $181,000.00. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of the Company’s base compensation range for this position. Actual base compensation range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.

Total Direct Compensation:  This job is also eligible for discretionary bonus and incentive compensation on an annual basis.
