As a Sr Analyst, Data Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in delivering HR Solutions to Corporate, Direct–to–Consumer, and International Teams by building tools & programs to enable strategic HR decision making to provide solutions for business challenges.
The Sr Analyst, Data Solutions is responsible for development, delivery, and support of a portfolio of critical business data intelligence tools that key stakeholders rely on to effectively operate their businesses.
What you will do:
Build solutions for both HR and functional teams that improve efficiency and deliver a consistent output. Solutions may consist of writing code in Python to help automate a manual and recurring task, utilizing apps such as Smartsheet for larger scale projects, or creating solutions using VBA.
Work directly with leaders across the organization to understand their needs and challenges to provide optimal support.
Create impactful and easily digestible visualizations for senior leadership that meets business needs.
Ensure data accuracy across reporting systems through various auditing processes. Partner with Enterprise People Insights team to alleviate any data discrepancies.
May partner with Compensation Operations to help build out reporting for our international segment during annual compensation planning.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Statistics, Applied Math, Computer Science or other similar discipline.
2-4 years of experience working with HR/employee data using statistical languages such as Python
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated proficiency in Smartsheet
Experience working in data warehouses such as Snowflake or Databrickks
Ability to partner and collaborate with a team
Strong written, verbal, and graphic communication skills
Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
Experience with Microsoft Tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, Power Query, Power Automate, VBA, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with HR systems of data and HR processes. Prior Workday or SAP experience a plus.
Master’s degree in Statistics, Applied Math, Computer Science or other quantitative discipline.
This position can be located near Disney Hub (Burbank, CA or Orlando, FL) with potential opportunities for remote work.
