Business Intelligence Analyst

This role is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing Business Intelligence (BI) solutions to deliver actionable insights that drive business performance. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, expertise in data visualization and reporting tools, and a proven ability to translate complex data into strategic business recommendations.

Objectives:

• Develop BI dashboards, reports, and data models to support business operations.

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align BI solutions with business goals.

• Apply advanced analytics (predictive modeling, statistical analysis) to uncover insights.

• Mentor junior analysts and promote data literacy.

• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.

• Stay updated on BI trends and technologies.

Competencies:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.

• 4+ years of experience in BI, data analysis, or a similar role.

• Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

• Strong SQL, data warehousing, and ETL skills.

• Experience with Python or R is a plus.

• Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
