About the Team & Role:

As a Staff Machine Learning Engineer, you will lead the technical vision for machine learning initiatives in Search & Personalization, driving innovation at scale. You will design cutting-edge ML models, lead engineering efforts, and mentor teams to push the boundaries of search relevance, query understanding,

and personalization strategies.

What You will Do:

• Architect and develop advanced ML models for real-time personalization and search ranking.

• Lead the design of scalable ML pipelines and infrastructure to support massive-scale search workloads.

• Drive research and experimentation in deep learning, reinforcement learning, and large-scale NLP.

• Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to translate research into production.

• Set technical direction for ML systems, ensuring robustness, scalability, and efficiency.

• Define best practices for model development, A/B testing, and continuous learning.

• Act as a mentor and technical leader, guiding ML engineers across teams.

What You Will Bring:

• 10+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or related fields.

• Expertise in ML model architecture, feature engineering, and deployment.

• Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and large-scale data processing.

• Experience in production ML systems, distributed computing, and real-time inference.

• Proven leadership in ML projects, including setting technical direction and mentoring teams.

• Hands-on experience with cloud ML platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Preferred Qualifications:

• PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.

• Experience in Search, Ads, or Personalization at scale.

• Published research or patents in ML/AI.
