With features like rapid remote access, mobile device support, real-time chat, and advanced security protocols, Rescue enables IT teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively, ensuring a superior support experience for users We are looking for a Technical Writer to join our team! 

Your Day to Day  

As a Technical Writer, you would be working on: 

• Create, publish and maintain professional digital content (articles, user guides, etc.) focused on helping our customers self-assist 

• Collaborate closely with product, development, and customer care to prepare for releases and improve the customer experience 

As a Technical Writer, your background will look like: 

• Advanced English writing and grammar skills  

• 2+ years of experience creating self-help resources 

• Tech-savvy person with the ability to simplify complex technical aspects for our customers 

• Proven interpersonal skills developing strong relationships with your teammates and other cross-functional teams  

• Self-starter with the ability to work efficiently under limited supervision in a remote working environment  

• Experience with structured content (DITA XML preferred) 

• Experience with search engine optimization (SEO) for knowledge base content (optional) and familiarity with AI prompts 

You can work remotely, but we appreciate your ability to visit our Budapest office occasionally, especially more frequently during the introduction period. You’ll be working towards a shared goal with an open-minded and cohesive team that is very much the sum of its parts.
