Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Compliance Data Analyst to turn numbers into narratives and insights into action. In this role, you’ll be the data powerhouse behind our compliance operations, ensuring that key metrics and risk indicators are clearly presented, analysed, and used to drive informed decision-making.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining dashboards, analysing compliance data, and identifying trends that could impact regulatory adherence and risk management. Whether it’s transactional monitoring, KPI tracking, or supporting leadership with data-driven strategies, your insights will play a crucial role in keeping Casumo ahead of compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain compliance data reports and dashboards, ensuring data is presented in a clear and actionable format for stakeholders.

• Provide the data team with compliance requirements, ensuring that all necessary data points and metrics are captured for analysis.

• Analyze compliance data to assess risk, providing actionable insights to help develop strategies for mitigating potential threats.

• Conduct transactional monitoring to identify suspicious activities, trends, or risks related to compliance activities.

• Interpret complex datasets and identify trends or patterns, transforming raw data into actionable insights for compliance and operational improvement.

• Own and manage interaction effectiveness, ensuring the accuracy of reporting and feedback loops in the data lifecycle.

• Provide data-driven recommendations for improvements in operational and compliance processes, based on insights from collected data.

• Define and track customer interaction measurement KPIs, ensuring proper metrics are in place to measure and assess performance.

• Assist in the regular delivery of KPI data to senior leadership, supporting data-driven decision-making processes.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to provide insights from compliance data, helping to guide strategies and business priorities.

Requirements:

• Min. 2 years of experience in data analysis, or compliance data analysis.

• Understanding of Regulatory Reporting and Data Submissions as part of Licensing obligations.

• Experience working with KPIs, reporting cycles, and providing data insights to senior leadership.

• Familiarity with compliance frameworks and industry regulations is highly desirable.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g, Tableau, Power BI etc.) and Excel.

• Ability to interpret complex datasets and transform them into actionable, insightful reports.

• Strong understanding of compliance metrics and KPIs, with the ability to define, measure, and analyze customer interactions.

• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify trends and propose strategic improvements.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple reporting tasks and deadlines.
