If you are passionate about data-driven marketing and love turning insights into business impact, we’d love to hear from you!
  • Develop a holistic view of the acquisition funnel, from first touchpoint to conversion, and identify bottlenecks or opportunities for improvement
  • Define and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness
  • Analyze ad platform data (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) and web analytics (GA4) to optimize spend and improve conversion rates
  • Provide data-driven recommendations on budget allocation across channels
  • Support continuous testing and experimentation, including A/B tests and geo-lift studies
  • Work with data engineers and leverage BigQuery to ensure the marketing team has the right data infrastructure in place
  • Build dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with CRM and influencer marketing teams to align insights across different acquisition and retention efforts
  • Leverage Media Mix Modeling and other advanced analytics techniques to assess marketing impact

Your profile

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in data analytics with a strong focus on performance marketing and acquisition funnels
  • University degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with BigQuery
  • Deep understanding of tracking data and ad platform analytics (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Qlik
  • Experience with testing methodologies (geo-lift tests, incrementality testing)
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and actionable recommendations
  • Strong stakeholder management and the ability to challenge assumptions with data
  • Ideally knowledge of forecasting and predictive modeling and skills in Python or R for advanced analytics

What we offer

  • An appealing discount on all of our products – from essential oils to vitamins & nutrients
  • We offer 28 days of paid time off per year plus up to 5 days off between Christmas and New Year
  • The Urban Sports Club membership and either Swapfiets bike rental or a subsidy for the BVG ticket
  • A healthy balance is important to us: we offer a hybrid work model and 'workation'
  • Receive various discounts of up to more than 50 percent on attractive brands such as Flaconi, Bosch, Apple or Expedia
  • You will be given real ownership and plenty of room for new initiatives, as well as the opportunity to contribute your expertise and implement your great ideas
  • Inviting office spaces with access to plenty of organic teas and superfoods from around the world
  • We like to celebrate each other! Regular tea & office parties, Christmas and summer feasts and various influencer events such as Women's Day
