Qualifications, Skills, Experience, and Subject Matter Expertise

-Demonstrable experience working in a governance and/or risk management capacity involving Artificial Intelligence solutions (e.g. potentially alongside other types of models);

-Familiarity with regulatory requirements relating to AI and model risk management (e.g. SR11-7, SS 1/23, the EU AI Act)

-Demonstrable ability to take ownership of complex tasks and see them through from initiation to completion. 

-Outstanding attention to detail.

-Strong communication skills (both written and verbal);

-A keen eye for visual presentation and the effective communication of data (e.g. in the context of Management Reporting / meeting packs);

-Proven ability to work to tight timelines, juggle multiple projects / deliverables, and reprioritise their workload as necessary.

-Previous experience with / knowledge of AI/ML model development and risk management desirable.

-Degrees, certifications, or online coursework in Data Science and/or AI highly desirable.

-Hands-on familiarity with Python desirable but not required.
