We are an AI Fintech company specialized in assessing credit profiles of consumers in emerging markets combining pioneering AI with large alternative data sources. In 2020 we reached our ambitious milestone of credit profiling 1bn consumers across Vietnam, Indonesia, India, and the Philippines - and building a platform for the wider industry and the financial services industry in particular to provide the 'un & under' served access to credit. At the core of this initiative has been our strict and unwavering adherence to the norms of consumer data privacy and consumer data rights.

How you will make an impact in this role

As a Data Analyst, your work will directly influence strategic decision-making by providing valuable insights from data analysis. Your expertise in optimizing data systems and identifying trends will enhance operational efficiency and support business growth. By collaborating with management and prioritizing data needs, you will contribute to more informed business strategies. 

What you will do

• Analyze data and generate reports using statistical techniques.

• Develop and maintain databases and data collection systems to improve data quality and efficiency.

• Gather data from various sources and ensure database integrity.

• Identify trends and patterns in complex data sets to inform business decisions.

• Collaborate with management to prioritize data needs and support business objectives.

• Prepare regular reports on activities and account statuses.

• Reconcile data related to service usage and assist in invoice preparation.

• Support client onboarding by setting up system connections.

What you need to have 

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively present data insights to stakeholders.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• A strong interest in the fintech ecosystem and emerging markets.

• Fluency in English is essential.
