To do so, we leverage huge volumes of data (Equativ handles 150Bn Auctions per day) in a state-of-the-art tech stack (AirFlow, Snowflake, TableauâŠ) in order to provide actionable insights to all teams at Equativ!
Following its recent merger with Sharethrough and the acquisition of Kamino Retail, advertisers, media owners, and technology partners rely on Equativâs advanced SSP, curation, and retail media services and technology to achieve maximum business outcomes.
With a focus on privacy-first programmatic video, CTV, and data-driven solutions, Equativ enables clients to activate across the digital ecosystem while protecting consumer privacy.

âïž What you'll do
- Collaborate with the Product Analytics Manager, Product Data Analyst, and the rest of the analytics team.
- Support the product team in solving challenges through advanced analyses, providing actionable insights and sanity checks on new features, and prioritizing roadmap topics based on estimated business value.
- Empower product and service teams with performance dashboards (Tableau), enabling them to understand our productsâ performance better and achieve their objectives.
- Develop your technical knowledge of our product, growing to proactively identify areas of concern, propose corrective actions to optimize features and ultimately drive Equativâs revenue growth.
- Depending on your interests and skills, you may also: - Develop and maintain data tools tailored to specific use cases (Python)- Participate in sourcing (Python and soon DBT), continuously enriching our databases with new internal data.

- Engage with Product, Product Marketing, and R&D teams to understand their needs, align on recent deliverables, and prioritize effectively.
- Guide your stakeholders in driving actions based on data-driven insights and clear visualizations.
- Ensure widespread adoption of metrics and reports through effective internal go-to-market strategies (beta-testing, communication, training, and continuous optimization).

- You are curious, love solving problems, and want to develop product expertise
- Excellent communication skills and ability to form recommendations and present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Youâve had a first successful experience working as a data analyst
- You are fluent in English
- Technical knowledge of SQL is a must
- Knowledge of a reporting software (Tableau, PowerBI, LookerâŠ)
- Python and DBT are a plus.

- Interview with the Product Analytics Manager
- Interview with our Analytics Director
- Home assignment (at-home preparation + presentation / Q&A)
