Responsibilities

• Lead research, design, and development of LLM architectures for various applications, including text generation, summarization, and question-answering systems.
• Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained LLMs for domain-specific tasks.
• Architect and enhance model training, evaluation, and deployment
• Work with large-scale datasets to preprocess, clean, and annotate data for training and validation.
• Develop and implement efficient inference techniques to deploy LLMs in production.
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists and engineers in best practices for LLM development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, MLOps specialists, and software developers, to integrate models into applications.
• Stay up to date with state-of-the-art research in LLMs, deep learning, and NLP.
• Ensure all AI models comply with ethical AI principles and security requirements.

Qualification

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience working with LLMs and NLP models in production environments.
• Have experience in financial services industries.
• Have experience in consulting.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers.
• Hands-on experience with fine-tuning and training LLMs on large datasets.
• Proven track record of designing and deploying scalable AI solutions.
• Knowledge of distributed computing and model optimization for scalable AI applications.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for model deployment.
• Familiarity with data security and governance in AI applications.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex AI models and results.
• Active Security Clearance (SC/PC) is required.
