  • Centralize and Standardize Data & Metrics:

This includes establishing standardized definitions and processes that bridge the gap between Product Analytics and Data Analytics, eliminating inconsistencies and restoring trust across the organization.
  • Break Down Silos & Enhance Collaboration:
    • You will reshape the way our data, engineering, and product teams collaborate. By instituting clear cross-functional workflows (e.g., production SQL in DBT with code reviews across roles, empowering data engineers to build dashboards, and enabling agile collaboration on custom code), you will eliminate the “throw-it-over-the-wall” mentality and foster a culture of shared ownership and continuous improvement.
  • Drive Strategic Roadmapping & Measurable Impact:
    • You will implement rigorous quarterly planning and roadmapping processes that align with product and engineering priorities. This includes defining marquee projects with clear KPIs and quantifiable impact, ensuring that every initiative—whether it’s maintaining our current platform or driving transformative growth—is tied directly to business value.

You’ve introduced agile, integrated workflows that empower teams to co-own solutions—from production SQL development with rigorous code reviews to enabling engineers to rapidly prototype dashboards without bottlenecks.
  • Strategic Roadmapping & Measurable Outcomes:
    • You have designed and executed data roadmaps that clearly align with business priorities. This includes quantifying the impact of individual projects and establishing marquee initiatives that drive both operational stability (“running” the business) and transformative growth (“growing” the business). Your experience includes aligning quarterly plans with product and engineering to ensure timely, high-impact feature launches.
  • Technical Direction on Data:
    • You have re-engineered data architectures to streamline data ingestion and processing, replacing legacy systems with scalable frameworks that reduce technical debt and optimize resource spending.
