  • Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring high-quality output and client satisfaction.
  • Support the sales team in crafting proposals, pitching to clients, and closing deals by providing expert insights and analytics-driven value propositions.
  • Identify new business development opportunities and contribute to sales efforts by presenting analytics capabilities and insights to potential clients.

  • Mentor and develop junior analysts and team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

  • Proven expertise in commercial analytics, including in-depth understanding of key data sets in the pharmaceutical industry (Rx/Mx claims, Full Lifecycle Claims, Formulary, Remittance dtaa, Provider Affiliations, HUB data) and experience with data structuring, processing, manipulation and modeling (SQL, R, Python)
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including market access, pricing, reimbursement, and regulatory environments.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with a track record of delivering actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management abilities, with experience managing teams and client relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
