Join our dynamic team as a Data Analyst, where you'll turn complex data into actionable insights to drive business decisions and contribute to our organization's success

Job Purpose

As a Business and Data Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping our center's business strategy, leveraging data insights to drive decision-making, optimize operations, and increase revenue. You will report directly to the hotel operations manager and oversee the WFM analyst activities.
In this role, you will focus on developing and enhancing Global Reservation Centre reporting and analyses, providing the foundation for informed business decisions. Your work will directly support operational improvements and revenue growth, making you a valuable contributor to our international and dynamic team.

Main Duties:

• Consolidate reporting requirements from different regions, hotels, and centers, and prepare recurring performance reports for various stakeholders
• Analyze complex data, identify anomalies, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making
• Guide business line contacts in asking the right questions to drive data-driven decisions through effective storytelling
• Build and enhance Global Reservation Centre reporting and dashboards to monitor daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance
• Manage the master database, ensure data quality from multiple sources, and collaborate with the central data team in Paris to automate processes.
•  Develop and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve performance
• Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions to optimize processes (e.g., automation, operational efficiency, productivity)
• Transform raw data into meaningful statistical insights
• Stay up to date with new tools and technologies relevant to data analysis and reporting
• Act as a business partner for the Global Reservation Centre, providing ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making
• Promote a positive working environment and champion Accor’s Culture, Mission, Vision, and Values
• Ensure compliance with relevant rules and procedures

Qualifications

Skills:
 

• Education and/or work experience in Business or Engineering school, specializing in Data, business analytics, and business strategy
• Minimum 2 years work experience in a data-driven environment
• Strong mathematical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyze data
• Deep knowledge of database languages (SQL); Excel (VBA will be a plus) and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI), understanding the mechanism of CRM tools (Salesforce)
• Familiarity with emerging technologies relevant to the industry positions analysts to adapt strategies to changing technological landscapes
• Critical thinking, and solution-oriented, while being organized and structured
• Agile and know how to adapt to different situations
• Full business proficiency in English (written & verbal), a second/third language would be a plus
• Hands-on and enjoy getting into the heart of the matter
• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
• Respectful and collaborative within a diverse multicultural environment

Location and Availability Requirements:  

• Must be currently legally entitled to work full-time in Spain 
• 39 working hours/ week
• Current opening hours: Mon-Sun 8am to 10pm
