AI Architect – Legal Technology Innovation | Fort Lauderdale, FL (On-Site)

Kelley Kronenberg is seeking an AI Architect to lead the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions tailored to the legal industry. Working alongside our CIO and IT leadership, this role will design and implement LLM-powered applications for enterprise chatbots, document summarization, knowledge retrieval, and predictive analytics. The AI Architect will be responsible for evaluating, fine-tuning, and optimizing LLMs and SLMs, integrating retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques, and deploying AI models in cloud and on-premise environments to drive automation and efficiency. This is a high-impact role focused on creating scalable AI architectures, enhancing data pipelines, and implementing MLOps for seamless AI deployment.

The ideal candidate has expertise in LLM fine-tuning, embeddings, and vector search, along with proficiency in Python, SQL, cloud-based AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and MLOps frameworks (Kubeflow, MLflow, SageMaker). This position requires a deep understanding of AI infrastructure, high-performance computing, and API-driven model deployment.
