Data Analyst (Bali Based) | AYANA Hospitality (Corporate Office)

As we continue to harness the power of data to enhance our operations and guest experience, we are seeking a passionate Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive decision-making and operational excellence.

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for the following:

1. Data Integration: Understand and apply concepts of data integration to support data-driven decision-making processes across various departments, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.

2. Data Visualization: Create compelling data visualizations to effectively communicate insights and trends to stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.

3. Scripting Development: Develop and maintain Python scripts for data processing and analysis tasks, ensuring efficient handling of large datasets and automating routine data operations.

3. SQL Query Management: Create and modify SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data as needed for various projects, providing robust insights that align with business goals.

4. Machine Learning Implementation: Implement and experiment with machine learning techniques to enhance analysis capabilities, drive predictive insights, and support advanced analytics initiatives.

5. Reporting and Access: Utilize Metabase for effective data visualization and reporting, helping stakeholders access and understand key metrics that impact operational performance and guest satisfaction..

Requirements

• Strong understanding of data integration concepts and practices.
• Proven experience in creating effective and insightful data visualizations.
• Proficiency in Python for data processing and analysis, with a solid understanding of relevant libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
• Experience in writing and optimizing SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Familiarity with machine learning principles and prior experience applying them in practical scenarios.
• Hands-on experience with Metabase or similar business intelligence tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
