Job Overview: Harman is seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Agentic Systems Developer for its client’s innovative AI Platforms team. The ideal candidate will possess advanced Python programming knowledge and expertise in generative models, natural language processing, data management, Azure cloud, and various AI development tools. This role involves designing, training, and optimizing AI agents within a multi-agent framework to create high-quality, creative content while ensuring transparency and fairness in AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize generative AI agents using models such as GPT3.5+ or other open-source / commercial LLMs.
• Implement and manipulate complex algorithms fundamental to developing agentic AI systems.
• Utilize NLP techniques for text generation projects, including text parsing, sentiment analysis, and transformers like GPT models.
• Manage data preprocessing, augmentation, and the generation of synthetic data to train and improve AI agents.
• Deploy and manage AI applications on cloud platforms, especially Azure, utilizing containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like AKS.
• Develop and implement multi-agent systems and frameworks, including agent-based modelling and simulation.
• Utilize AI development tools such as AutoGen, LangChain, Haystack etc. to enhance the development and deployment of AI agents.
• Ensure transparency and fairness in AI systems, adhering to ethical AI practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Advanced programming knowledge, especially in Python.
• Mastery of AI-centric libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
• Strong knowledge of NLP techniques and experience with GPT models.
• Proficiency in data management, including data pre-processing, augmentation, and synthetic data generation.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms, particularly Azure, and related technologies (Docker, AKS).
• Familiarity with multi-agent systems and frameworks.
• Experience with AI development tools such as AutoGen, LangChain, Haystack and the pros and cons of each framework. Ability to custom build as needed.
• Understanding of ethical considerations in AI, focusing on transparency and fairness.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating effectively with different stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills to document and present technical concepts clearly.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 5-8 years relevant and Proven experience in developing and deploying generative AI models and agents in a professional setting.

Previous experience in a consumer goods company or a related industry is a plus.
