We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that enhance our complaints prevention, reporting and insights capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and our data scientists to deploy and deliver robust and scalable applications that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

• Have hands-on experience design, develop, deploy and maintain high-quality software applications

• Collaborate with data scientists to build and deploy models and applications used for complaints prevention and analytics.

• Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and adherence to coding standards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to maintain application stability and performance

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and practices.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
   

Tech skills
 

 We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don’t expect you to know them all but our Senior Software Engineer should have diversified strengths and broad range of skillsets.

• In-depth experience in in software development, with a strong focus on Cloud, ML Ops and full stack development

• Hands-on proficiency in programming languages Python, C# and JavaScript.

• Experience with frameworks and libraries like React/Vue/Svelte, Fast API, Pandas, SQL Alchemy, Flask, Langchain, Vite, .Net.

• Expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

• API development in Python and/or C#.

• Experience in building and deploying models (ML Ops)

• Knowledge of database systems, data modelling and data analytics.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

• Frontend experience in a modern JavaScript framework such as Vue, React

• Previous experience in the financial services industry or a regulated environment will be preferred

• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
