AI Software Validation Engineer (1 year fixed-term)

Job Description: 

The OpenVINO QA team is looking for a Validation Engineer to help maintain the high quality of the OpenVINO product. This role focuses on identifying validation areas for improvement and designing test infrastructure to support automated builds and test execution across various hardware platforms and operating systems.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain testing configurations and test scenarios for the product
• Monitor test execution and resolve issues encountered during testing
• Communicate effectively with colleagues from different countries on a daily basis
• Integrate automated validation into the existing framework for newly introduced models

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualification:

• 5+ years of experience in complex software validation and testing, including designing various test types (performance, stress, compatibility, portability, etc.).
• Technical expertise in Python, PyTest, Linux, Git, and Jenkins.
• Experience in: 
  • Maintaining testing configurations and test scenarios.
  • Monitoring test execution and resolving encountered issues.
  • Writing automated tests.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

 

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in C/C++ software development
• Contributions to open-source projects
 

Additional advantages: knowledge of AI, familiarity with the OpenVINO toolkit.
