Data Analyst Intern - Project Management

We are seeking a highly motivated Intern – Project Management & Data Analysis to join our Product Innovation Team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a strong organizational mindset, experience in SharePoint, and an analytical approach to problem-solving. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting innovative projects, focusing on our product innovation operations and project management team through analyzing data to drive product decisions, and improving internal processes.

Key Qualifications and Responsibilities 

• Assist in managing product innovation projects by tracking milestones, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring timelines are met.
• Use SharePoint to organize, update, and maintain process documentation.
• Perform data analysis to support product innovation strategies and operational improvement.
• Help to improve internal workflows to enhance efficiency within product innovation processes.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to project coordination and documentation.

Qualifications & Experience 

• Clear examples of successful project management experience, even at a smaller scale.
• Proficiency in SharePoint for document management and collaboration a plus.
• Data analysis skills - experience with Excel, Power BI, or similar tools a plus.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a process-driven mindset.
• Interest in innovation and product management and operations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
