Providence is a not-for-profit faith-based health care system operating multiple hospitals and medical clinics providing a comprehensive range of health and social services across Alaska, California, Montana, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas and...At the direction of the Manager Pharmacy, coordinates data analysis and prepares presentations for caregivers and leaders regarding quality. Data could be pulled from the following platforms or records (including but not limited to): event reporting system, patient satisfaction platform, infection prevention platform, quality assessment and performance improvement measures, audits, and the electronic health record(s). In addition, under the direction of the Manager Pharmacy, assists in ministry quality initiatives, performance improvement activities, medication safety efforts, and patient safety initiatives. This individual works as part of the quality team to assist with policy optimization, accreditation readiness and response, compliance, and risk management, with a focus on high reliability and providing quality support to fellow caregivers across ministries.

Required Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree Or Other evidence of post high school coursework or three years experience as a pharmacy technician.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years Experience in a supportive role in the Information Systems or Healthcare related fields.
- Upon hire: Washington, Oregon, or California Pharmacy Technician License
