Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Design and Architecture

• Design end-to-end architecture for data driven AI/ML solutions, including data pipelines, model development, machine learning models, and deployment strategies and frameworks.
• Ensure scalability, security, reliability and proper integration of these applications with production environments.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML development and deployment.
• Integrate data science workflows with existing business systems and cloud platforms.

2. Collaboration with Stakeholders

• Work closely with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and business leaders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Act as a bridge between data science teams and IT departments to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.

3. Data Management and Processing

• Oversee the creation and maintenance of robust data pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and storage.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance throughout the project lifecycle.

4. Deployment and Monitoring

• Implement and deploy machine learning models into production environments.
• Establish monitoring systems for deployed models to track performance, accuracy, and usage over time.

5. Technical Leadership

• Provide guidance on best practices for model development, testing, and deployment.
• Mentor junior team members and promote the adoption of emerging technologies and methodologies.

6. Innovation and Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated on the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI technologies.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and cloud solutions to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

7. Documentation and Reporting

• Prepare comprehensive documentation for solution designs, workflows, and system architecture.
• Communicate project progress and outcomes to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
