Our team oversees key revenue streams, including seller fees, buyer fees, shipping fees, and overall revenue collection, while managing operational costs related to shipping, tax, and duties.

What you’ll do
- Support the analysis and optimization of marketplace fees across different revenue streams (seller programs, buyer fees, shipping fees, AIA, and general revenue collection).
- Assist in evaluating cost structures related to shipping, taxes, and customs & duty (C&D).
- Work on deep-dive analytical projects, leveraging large datasets to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, and Data Science, to refine pricing strategies.
- Develop reports and dashboards to track key revenue and cost metrics.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership to influence strategic decisions.
About you
- Strong analytical mindset that can break down complex data and extract insights.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.
- Basic understanding of financial metrics, pricing models, or revenue analysis.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have skills
- Experience with SQL, Python, or data visualization tools (Tableau, Databricks, etc.).
- Previous exposure to e-commerce, marketplaces, or financial modeling.
- Understanding of shipping logistics and tax structures is a plus.

Pursuant to the various pay transparency laws/acts, the base salary range is $25 per hour. Compensation is dependent on geography and may vary.
