Qualifications:

  • IT professional with 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT (systems and support) 
  • Worked with SAAS software in the past (single sign on, oauth2, email setup, g suite, jumpcloud, Rippling) 
  • Extensive knowledge of Windows, macOS and Linux environments and understand networking concepts
  • Proven experience in leading technical projects and device management solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Service-oriented team player

Responsibilities:

  • Be the front line of IT requests in the company
  • Take ownership of new vendors and purchases
  • Running regular checks on network and data security
  • Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems
  • Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization
  • Conducting regular system audits
  • Overseeing and determining time frames for major IT projects, including system updates, upgrades, migrations, and outages
  • Lead SOC-2 and ISO Process across the organization 
  • Support new employees with their equipment and software needs, including VPN access
  • Manage all internal apps, licenses and purchases
  • Manage all company laptops and devices
