  • Design, develop, and maintain data models, queries, reports, and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making and optimization of our global workplaces.
  • Lead data and analytics efforts within Global Workplace Services and cross-functional teams, collaborating with stakeholders to understand data needs and representing key insights in a meaningful way.
  • Optimize pipelines, dashboards, frameworks, and systems to facilitate easier development of data artifacts and streamline our data analytics processes.
  • Deploy better Analytics engineering principles to maintain team and partner alignment.
  • Mentor team members by providing actionable feedback and guidance, fostering continuous learning and improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years of work experience involving analytical rigor as typically seen in functions like finance, data science, strategy, business operations, or related fields (or 6+ years of analysis work experience with Masters degree)
  • Advanced SQL skills with experience working with large datasets
  • Experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), ETL, and data modeling.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, including both qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques (e.g., regression analysis, cluster analysis, hypothesis testing)
  • Experience initiating and completing analytical projects with minimal guidance, and present technical content to non-technical audiences and leadership
Preferred Qualifications
  • Graduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience in data analytics field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization, including merging disparate data sets, identifying correlations, and presenting findings in various formats.
  • Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, R).
  • Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a focus on operations and facilities management, preferably in a global organization with multiple locations.

$122,000/year to $177,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
