Location Designation: Hybrid - 3 days per week 

 

Design scalable and efficient data architectures that enables enterprise data products, including Logical and

Physical data models, storage solutions, and data integration processes.

· Develop data management frameworks and standards to ensure data integrity, quality, and security.

· Works closely with Data Product Managers, Value Stream architects, Data engineers to understand the business

problems, desired outcomes using data strategy and translate these requirements into data product solutions.

· Create and maintain inventory and designs of current state “data capabilities “supporting the FB and SIB teams.

· Create an integrated view of end state data architecture and align on target-state data product capabilities and

corresponding architectural designs that ensures the strategic alignment of the 6 VS architecture roadmaps.

· Identify and frame opportunities for consolidation / simplification of legacy technologies, data stores, and

applications.

· Act as a liaison between IT and business units to ensure alignment of data initiatives with business objectives.

· Monitor and maintain data systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

· Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures.

· Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies in data architecture and management.

· Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within the existing data infrastructure.

· Promote best practices in data architecture and data management across the organization.

· Ensure data solutions comply with relevant data privacy and security regulations.

· Implement data security measures to protect sensitive information.

Pay Transparency

Salary Range:  $122,500-$210,000 

Overtime eligible: Exempt 

Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes 

Sales bonus eligible: No 

 

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
