Position Summary:
Reporting to the Sourcing Excellence Manager, the Associate Data Analyst, Supply Chain Analytics will support our two Data Analysts on the Procurement team. This is a new individual contributor role for our team who will be involved in the creation and maintenance of analytical resources leveraging business intelligence tools. This person should be driven, have high attention to detail, and have excellent data analytic skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Critical contributions this role is counted on to deliver include:
- Support the development and maintenance of analytical resources, including ad-hoc reporting, Procurement KPI’s, dashboards, and metrics
- Support data gathering activities for Procurement Analyst and Risk/Sustainability Analyst
- Support development of internal spend cube tools and tracking of savings projects.
- Support the Procurement team by proactively identifying and implementing solutions and process improvements through a knowledge and continuous learning of the latest data management principles, data management tools, and data sources
- Prepare and present insights and provide strategic sourcing recommendations leveraging effective data visualization
- Create data solutions that enable accessibility of Procurement data at the user level of proficiency.
- Support macro-economic and market data gathering and interpretation to support Category Managers’ strategic sourcing activities.
- Support other Procurement Center of Excellence team members as needed
- Support Supply and Demand risk management tools yielding actionable intelligence of market trends.

- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence others to achieve objectives and deliver results
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to draw insights from data and articulate into executive level summaries
- Bias for action, and must be able to assess and organize priorities, meeting deliverables, and deadlines in a fast-paced and frequently changing environment
- Ability to extract and transform data to build operational reports, queries, and create charts & visualizations
Education and Experience:
To take on these challenges, you’ll need to have:
- Four-year college degree, ideally with a focus in supply chain management
- Requires 3 to 5 years of Supply Chain, Procurement, Analytics / Data Science or related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required, specifically, PowerBI & Excel
- Experience with MySQL (Structured Query Language)

Target Base Pay Range: $58,000.00 - $94,000.00
Actual compensation will take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location, education, experience, qualifications and job-related skills. It is not typical for an individual to be hired above the midpoint of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. This information is provided to applicants in accordance with state and local laws.
Base pay is only one component of our total rewards offerings, and we will take the full offering into consideration when presenting an offer of employment. Our total rewards package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, Medical, dental and vision benefits, 401K match, and other wellness benefits.
